Packages are shipped on average within 5 working DAYS after receipt of your payment, by LA POSTE. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking , delivered with or without signature , registered letter or registered letter for small items, eg: stickers, bolts, etc. We will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to follow online delivery of your package.

We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders. Particular care is taken to packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.
Returns
Log into your account Return of items can only be accepted for complete products (instructions, accessories, etc.) in their original packaging accompanied by the original invoice. An exchange, a credit note or a refund will be made as soon as possible within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the package. No return of recordable product such as CD, DVD, etc ... will be accepted if it is not sealed in its original packaging.
